Why I built CareSync

I lost my dad to leukemia. If you've been a part of someone’s journey through serious illness, you know how much work it takes just to keep their care organized. Appointments across specialists, transportation, questions you meant to ask your provider, medications that keep changing. CareSync is the app I wish my family had. One simple place where everyone can see what's coming and help contribute however they can. I hope you never need it, but if you do, I hope it can help.

YOUR CARE CIRCLE

Invite family, friends, and caregivers to join. You're in control, give each person the level of access that feels right: full editing or view only. Everyone sees the same page, and everyone can help.

ONE SHARED CALENDAR

Every medical appointment in one place. View by month, tap any day for details, and set recurring appointments for ongoing treatments like chemotherapy or physical therapy. Customizable reminders make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

TRANSPORTATION, HANDLED

With one tap, a Circle member can let everyone know they'll take your loved one to an appointment. No more phone calls asking who's available.

QUESTIONS FOR THE DOCTOR

Anyone in the Circle can add questions before an appointment, so nothing is forgotten in the moment. Check them off as they're answered and type the doctor's responses right in the app.

NOTES EVERYONE CAN SEE

Write a summary after each visit that the whole Circle can read and refer back to.

MEDICATIONS AT A GLANCE

A clear, current list of medications with dosage, frequency, and prescribing doctor, easy to show any medical provider at a moment's notice.

Private by design

Your family's information belongs to your family. CareSync has no company servers, no tracking or analytics, and no ads — ever. Everything lives on your device and syncs through your own personal iCloud, shared only with the people you invite. You can delete it all, anytime, right in the app.
